Lenten Family Workshop & Dinner Series during Great Lent
Back by popular demand, we are continuing the Lenten Family Workshops & Dinner Series. We hope that you will join us again. The response last year by children of all ages was very positive. Come, take a break and come join in the chance to escape from a hectic world and enjoy your family and all your blessings during Great Lent.
During Great Lent, the community will sponsor a Workshop and Dinner Series designed to give you a chance to relax (No cooking for Mom!) and spend an evening with your family in an activity designed to help families learn about Greek Orthodoxy together.
The schedule for each evening will be as follows:
In an effort to teach the importance of Almsgiving during Great Lent, we ask that you have your child donate $1 per session. All monies collected will go toward the Orthodox Christian Mission Center.
All you need to do is to take advantage of this opportunity to have some fun, to learn about our faith with your children and enjoy a wholesome Lenten meal prepared for you
